Getting started
Vendesk is a Vending Management System (VMS) that collects machine data from cashless readers or telemeters to give you a detailed look into your operation. With remote access to machine data, you can use the VMS to make precise and informed decisions about your operation that positively influence your bottom line.
Signing Up
When a user from your company visits Vendesk Registration and creates an account, they are logged into a "personal company". This os essentially only a user account. Personal company's do not have access to most of the functionality within Vendesk. Once your personal account is created you must click on the company name on the top menu bar and click the link to "Create a New Company".
Companies
When creating your company in Vendesk you can invite as many users (employees) to your company. Each employee can either have an Administrator role or an Editor role. Either role allows most of the functionality for the new employee except being able to delete certain records.
Once your company is setup you can then begin setting up to receive telemetry data from your vending machine card readers.
Personal Companies and You
Even if you are a one-person company, Vendesk requires each new company that intends to receive telemetry data to be created. Follow the directions above.
Billing
Billing is a cinch. As soon as you create your new company in Vendesk you are given 14 days to set up and begin using every part of Vendesk without restriction. At any time during the 14 day trial you can add your credit card or PayPal information. You will NOT be charged until the 14 days has passed.
Vendesk pricing is simple - we charge $24/mo for unlimited use. That is unlimited machines, locations, employees, reports, routes, trips, products - literally every part of Vendesk is available to all companies for one flat rate!
Say it Ain't So!
If you opt for the annual billing the cost is only $250. That is only about $20/mo with everything included!
